About Me

My first baby is coming up to his 1st birthday and I feel like I'm having a mid-life crisis. I keep saying "where has the time gone?" and my bf is sighing with despair!!

I'm love being a mum and would love a whole tribe one day (finance permitting!).

I work from home and I coach pregnant mums online on how to have the easiest pregnancy possible, keep their bodies fit and firm and how to prepare the body for an easy time in labour.

My biggest achievement so far (career wise) has been coaching my ladies to get rid of ALL their cellulite in just 21 days DURING their pregnancies!
